Originally developed in the 1960s, Fonn Villas remains a quiet subdivision surrounded by shops, schools, churches and recreational facilities. With the recent development of CityCentre and Town and Country Village, residents are within walking distance of upscale shopping, restaurants, hotels and theaters.
Residents also have easy access to Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center, and Memorial City Mall, which are both less than a mile away from Fonn Villas.
Spring Branch ISD’s Memorial Middle School borders the subdivision on the east, and neighborhood children attend Frostwood Elementary or Bunker Hill Elementary, Memorial Middle School, and Memorial High School.
Citizens On Patrol
The Fonn Villas Citizens on Patrol ("COP") program is a volunteer effort to discourage crime in our subdivision. Volunteers patrol the area in “Citizen on Patrol” marked vehicles and bikes, while reporting any suspicious activities to our local constable or police department.
